Possible purchase – VW Polo 2007 (auto) Torque and ABS issues – is this a non starter?

@user_1607018 May 14, 2023MemberGood eveningI am looking at purchasing a car VW Polo (1.6 – 16v) but wanted to check how much it would be to cost approx to fix the following issues1. Torque – it hesitates going through the lower gears – drives well after a few seconds – this happens only when moving off2. ABS warning light is on / handbreak warning light flashing (dashboard)However car has had brakepads and disc recently replaced.Or should i just not bother with this vehicle…Thank you in advance
