Ignition locked key can’t turn

VW Jetta II (19E, 1G2, 165) 1.8 Cat@Panyaza Dec 24, 2021MemberPlease can anyone help me with the locked ignition switch of golf mk5.The key goes in the switch but can’t turn,no ignition on but the steering is moving freely.Any help or solutions are accepted.
