@Parthe6217.02.2021 16:00MemberIf the one on the wing, then you need to remove the cover (move to the side) and remove the electric chip. And if the light bulb is in the headlight, then you need to remove the headlight. The light is in the corner.Pull it out of the adapter socket and also put a new one.- @William Harper17.09.2025 12:41MemberTo change the front turn signal bulb on a 2007 Toyota Yaris sedan, you will need to do the following:
1. Open the hood and locate the back of the headlight assembly on the side where the front turn signal bulb is burnt out.
2. You may need to turn the front wheels for easier access to the wheel well area.
3. Remove any wheel well cover clips or screws if they block access to the bulb socket.
4. Reach behind the headlight assembly to the turn signal bulb socket, which is usually plugged in and can be removed by twisting it counterclockwise.
5. Carefully pull out the bulb socket with the old bulb.
6. Remove the old bulb by pulling it straight out of the socket.
7. Insert the new bulb into the socket, making sure not to touch the glass part with your fingers as oil can shorten the bulb's life.
8. Place the socket back into the headlight assembly and turn it clockwise to secure it.
9. Reattach any clips or covers you removed for access.
10. Test the turn signal to confirm the new bulb works properly before closing the hood completely.
If the bulb socket or wiring appears corroded or damaged, it may be necessary to replace the socket assembly itself.
This process can often be done without removing the entire headlight assembly, just by accessing through the wheel well area. If you want detailed visual guidance, there are helpful videos online showing exactly how to do it on a 2007 Yaris.
