    We recommend to carry out computer diagnostics. If you don’t have enough skills, contact specialists. Remember that the turned on headlights or car stereo when the engine is switched off cause the accelerated battery discharge.
    However, accelerated discharge does not mean that the battery has failed. We recommend you checking the following parameters first: – the electrolyte level;
    – the output voltage — it should be between 11 and 13.2V.
    If the wiring is in good condition, the terminals are not oxidised and are tightly fixed, the problem may be caused by electrical equipment malfunctioning:
    – incorrect installation of additional equipment;
    – too powerful devices: car stereo, alarm system, especially the satellite one;
    – faulty alternator and starter.

    You must check alternator brushes.
