Disc brake wont spin after parking shoes fitted

KIA OPTIMA 1.7 CRDi@user_2210283 Feb 13, 2024MemberI ive fitted new parking shoes and when i fit the disc back on and adjuster has been wound right back it i can the disc to spin so i can adjust properly and very confused
