To replace the brake booster on a Vauxhall Insignia, you need to remove the master cylinder and disconnect the vacuum pipe under the bonnet.

In the cabin, you will need to remove the trim and disconnect the booster rod from the brake pedal. You do not need to remove the entire pedal unit.

Be sure to bleed the brake system after installing a new booster.
