FEBI BILSTEIN Control Arm reviews

Had to replace them a week after installing them. From day one they started making abnormal noise. Warranty process was difficult, i was payed back in full plus the mechanics fee, but i lost hours on the online chat, having the goal post moved after every single interaction. Also one of them was extremely bad and rude, it took him 5+ minutes on averrage to answer but couldn't wait 2 minutes for me. He left the chat and then i couldn't get connected again to a person to talk. I'm guessing a lot of the time they make it extremely difficult so maybe you give up having been fed up with the bad customer service.

I give one star as i am not happy with the delivery company they where supposed to deliver on 20 of march and was delivered on 23, Evri should not be used for delivery as they have lots of this issue when they dont respect the delivery date. And becuse of this i will not order my parts from here the waiting time for delivery its to long and not respected even the date of delivery

Ordered left and right side. The left side arm looked slightly different than the right side arm.was a bit suspicious but I still fitted on the car. Surprise surprise the left arm bushing is gone after 9 months of mostly moderate motorway driving.the right one still ok. But have to change both again.

This is absolute a quality part, with the correct SEMS (pre-asSEMbled) nut with built-in freely rotating washer. Also Febi provides the complete bolt and nut for mounting on the chassis. Don't buy the VAICO, I tried that and it didn't last more than a bit over two years, so outside warranty.

Febi quality. No issues with fitment on 2005 Honda Accord 2.2 cdti N22A1. Long delivery from Autodoc to UK - around 10 days.

Original control arms 150,000miles and bushes completely gone. Bolts seized and stripped threads in subframe. Not the most enjoyable job.

Ok but can be better, I ordered a set and one came damaged, so autodoc had to replace it. After a while the rubber boot had a slight tear on the other side after I installed it on the car, the material is weak so I don't recommend.

I order 2stk for mine Tesla MS, one part had bad Silent block. Recommend to all for checking after taking the package for possible bad part manufacturing.

I have Febi Bilstein front top mounts. I suspect that Febi Bilstein is a good make for a Merecedes Citan van. They cost a small amount extra.

because it says that it is compatible with my car and has the reinforced plate on the part, also Febi Bilstein is a well renowned part producer

Febi is well known for mid-quality suspension parts and its robust ball joints. Cheaper than OEM with no so big difference of quality.

ive chosen this item because i believe they were origional equipment on polo ( the old one is cream crackered )

High quality, solid bushing not oil filled, better caster adjustment with upgraded design, highly reccomend!
