I had a musky/soil like smell in the car when I had the air con on for a few minutes. Changed the cabin filter behind the glove box and no longer have that smell. It's an easy part to fit in a 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Just make sure you connect the clip closest to the centre console first the right clip as it is partially obscured. Then clip the left side in. Now enjoy your cool, crisp, smell free environment. 👌

It is apparently the best combination of HEPA-ish and Activated Carbon and Polyphenol, so should be good for both particulates and gases. Still deciding between this and the Purflux AHH740 which is true HEPA so better for particulates but not as good for gases so have bought both.

3 stars because some smells are entering the cabin even after only using for 3 months. Compared to original filter that the car had for 6 years replaced every 2 the difference is day and night. I have never used the air circulation mode, and now I do

Highly recommend this great product, and it definitely seems to work with the extra coating.My driving is a mixture of both urban and rural, and I definitely noticed the difference in lack of smells and dust that enter the since fitting this

I chose this cabin air filter for the reason that it has different sort of filters to choose.This is the brand that I use in my other car and the price is fair enough with the quality of the product.

I have used the Mann Frecious pollen filters before and they really do help to keep unwanted smells and airborne particles out of the cabin compared to standard and carbon activated pollen filters.

The Part No. CU4416 was confirmed to me, by Mann, as being wrongly listed as Active Carbon when it is not. Autodoc were made aware but this listing remains uncorrected.

While the other cabin filters are good , I prefer paying extra for the extra filtration and keeping the air in the cabin as clean as possible for myself to breath

Mann are OEM, widely used, and their products are of very high quality. I have purchased many of their filters over the years with complete satisfaction.

I have not yet met better interior filters than those of this manufacturer. The company has long recommended itself on the market as an expert.
