BREMBO Brake Pads reviews

Less than 2500 miles travelled and the item is very squeaky on my GLC63S. Never had an issue before with Brembo Brake Pads and my discs are fine. Went back to my specialist garage and they have noted this has occured on numerous Brembo Parts recently. I will be trying the P50 164 instead to see if the issue will be resolved. Alternatively for AMG S models there is also the HP2 brake pads which may be worth exploring.

So i entert my registration and look up brakeparts, i get alot to shoose from. But it is in the fine print. For me to know for 100% surtenty that these fit my car, i need to take the old brakepads out and messure its length. No these were to small for mine so i did the same search at a local parts store webpage. And from my registration / win i got ONLY parts that fit my car. Autodoc, you can do better.

Lasted ~200km during a Nordschleife GLP event on a BMW E46 316i. The front ones were barely worm afterwards as expected, the rear ones were entirely gone and we slowly had to bring the car back home. We bought the car with used ATE pads that had ~50 % remaining, these lasted for 3 events, not for half an event...not what i would expect from a brembo set, very disappointing.

the quality of these pads is shocking, loads of dust coming from them for once, also after 6 months in the car the pads started squeaking, note that car is only driven weekends.

i went to investigate the squeaky noise, took out the pads and there were chunks missing of them, also they scored the discs quite badly made them very uneven, just stick to ATE.

I used this set for my first break pad change for my new Renault Megane Sedan IV 2024. It performs really well, fits perfectly, and I think they manage heat better than the stock OE pads, because I have yet to reach brake fade. I highly recommend them, but I advise you to monitor prices regularly, because they fluctuate heavily on Autodoc.

A known brand that i used for other cars, includes (in the pictures) also the pad "slide" kit, which is mostly needed for older cars/calipers. the only experience i dont like from this pads is how fast they turn the wheel grey of brake dust. However this time it is for rear axel so i guess the problem will be minor.

Skoda Yeti 2014 1.2 TSI front drive. Similar than TWR pads. Last time brakes was fixed in car service and there was left shims away. At this service I wanted also shims to fit in. Some fine filing to get more space for pads and shims TWR brake sattle. Pads itself was exact right size, so problem was in rear sattles.

The price was right and the goods came on time. However the makers packaging was wrecked and the all-enclosing cardboard box for the three items 2 brake discs and this set of brake pads was not really up to the job.
I reckon it was only by luck that any pads weren't lost in transit.

Shit product. 5000km and they still squeak. I choose more expensive pads to avoid this exact problem. Af first they are fine until i brake 2-3 times and they get hot now they are really loud and annoying. Only way to come around this is breaking hard then they stop making noise.

Brembo brake pads - very good reputation, excellent performance and haven’t heard any unwanted noises as of yet. Only question is they have got a small amount of paint on the surface of the contact pad, don’t think this would affect it in anyway it’s just attention my to detail

Best brake manufacturer bar none. These are extremely effective, read vicious when bedded in, but with all good things, bedding in CANNOT be rushed, and must be a gradual thing. Absolutely love Brembo brake products. Thanks Autodoc for the usual, fast, efficient service.

I only fit Brembo brake products to my cars, in my experience they provide much better performance than other brands for more or less the same price. Being able to stop the car quickly and smoothly whenever you need to seems important to me, look after your brakes.
