The pad pin holes on the replacement brake pad are longer than those on the original pad. Because of this, the retaining pins cannot pass through, and the pad does not fit at all.
But under description it says that the Item is compatible with my Tesla model 3 2019 model 5YJ3.
How can I return it to Autodoc?

Great, if a little dusty. Come with screws which is essential as it’s hard no to damage the lower screw head when removing it from the calliper. If you go for something else make sure you get screws. Great value. Would use again.

Fitted these onto my 2017 BMW G30 with blue M-sport brakes. I would say these are just as good as the OEM brake pads, feel just as strong with no squeaking. Amazing value compared to BMW prices. 5 stars!

Bought these in the past, wear well, discs are good too, not had distortion problem as with some more expensive discs.
