RIDEX Brake Calipers reviews

Replaced both rear calipers on my Toyota Avensis no issues with fit or operation. Ridex calipers are to be recommended.

The brake caliper arrived whole with packaging, everything is fine, after installation and bleeding it was discovered that it was jammed and would not move back, this product is defective, I ordered it for another wheel and another manufacturer, there are no problems there, I ask for a refund or exchange for a working spare part

Great Price and the 2 year warranty is what convinced me to buy this caliper.
6 Months Later and I can say its still great with no issues at all with the caliper.
Definitely worth buying... also comes with new guide pins, full rubbers and protective caps.

Small issue with the parking brake wire fitment. The steel plate seems to be in correct thickness but the manufacturing process left the hole a bit convex so i had to modify it in order to mount the clip that secures the wire.

Good part and easy to identify from the title. But the left hand side part 78B0257 is not identifiable from title
as it just says front axle be sure to get a left and right Left 78B0257. Right 78B0205.

Fits well, zinc plated, but I had to grind it a bit cause it would hit and grind the brake disc otherwise. I used Bosch discs, with OEM discs it might fit better. Dremel off 1-2mm and paint with zinc spray and it'll fit.

my vehicle has done lots of miles and has now got to the point where the rear brakes need attention. For safety reasons, I chose to replace the whole system together, making the vehicle brakes as good as new.

priced reasonably, however your address format is flawed , to get the correct delivery address you have to put the house name as well as the street in the street section and put zero in the number section

terrible quality, rubber disintegrated in less than a months, brakes squeak loudly, even when not braking, no matter how much you greeted them, been waiting forever for autodoc to sort out a return, AVOID !

It is misleading how these items are described as RH and LH. I have purchased two LH units and I now require one RH unit as only one LH is required. Can I return one LH unit and have money returned ?

Perfect replacement for Mk3 megane estate. Had to use the old bleed nipple as the new one wouldn't bleed. The plastic caps didn't fit to tight so used the old ones. Other than that nice caliper.
