Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.

Remove the front wheels.

Disconnect the wiring and the brake hose from the bracket on the shock strut.

Unscrew the bolt and remove the steering knuckle from the damper strut.

Unscrew the three fastening nuts of the suspension strut mount.

Remove the suspension strut.
Step 10
Set a spring compressor and compress the spring
AutoDoc recommends:
Note that when using a spring compressor, spring coils need to be securely gripped, compressing the spring on the opposite sides.Ensure the correct position of the spring in the retainer.Make sure that the spring coils tightly entered the lock handles.

Unscrew the top fastening of the shock strut mount.
Step 12
Remove the top strut mount.
Step 13
Install a new strut mount
Step 14
Secure the top strut mount with bolts to the car body
Step 15
Place the shock absorber in the wheel arch and secure it
Step 16
Screw the three fastening nuts of the shock strut mount

Fix the shock absorber strut on the steering knuckle.

Connect the wiring and the brake hose to the bracket on the shock strut.

Install the wheel.

Lower the car and working in a cross order, tighten the wheel bolts
