How to change spark plug on SEAT LEON 1M1 [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

AUTODOC recommends:
- The replacement procedure is the same for all spark plugs.
- All work should be done with the engine stopped.
Replacement: spark plugs – Seat Leon 1M1. Use the following procedure:
- Step 1Open the bonnet.
- Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.
- Step 3Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.AUTODOC recommends:Be careful to avoid damaging spark plug wires.Remember the position of the spark plug wires.
- Step 4Clean dirt, dust and debris from inside the spark plug wells.
- Step 5Unscrew the spark plugs. Use the spark plug socket #16. Use a ratchet wrench.
- Step 6Take out the spark plugs.
- Step 7Apply a thin layer of a special high temperature anti-seize lubricant to the threads of the new spark plugs.
- Step 8Install the new spark plugs into their mounting seats.Replacement: spark plugs – Seat Leon 1M1. AUTODOC experts recommend:Lower the spark plugs into the wells carefully, making sure not to damage the electrode gap.
