Replacement: air filter – CITROËN C4 Picasso I (UD_). AUTODOC recommends:

- Warning! Shut down the engine before starting any work – CITROËN C4 Picasso I (UD_).
Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1Open the bonnet.Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.Step 3
Unscrew the fasteners of the brake fluid reservoir (2 pieces). Use Torx T20. - Step 4
Remove the brake fluid reservoir. Move it aside. - Step 5
Unscrew the clamp and fasteners on the air filter intake pipe. Use a combination spanner #7. - Step 6
Undo the fastening screws of the air filter cover (3 pieces). Use Torx T25. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 7
Disconnect the air intake pipe from the air filter housing. - Step 8
Take off the filter lid. - Step 9
Remove the filter element from the filter housing. - Step 10
Clean the air filter cover and housing.Replacement: air filter – CITROËN C4 Picasso I (UD_). Tip from AUTODOC:Before cleaning the air filter cover and housing, cover the air duct parts, mass airflow sensor (if available), throttle valve with a clean cloth. - Step 11
Insert a new filter element into the filter housing. Make sure that the filter edge fits tight to the housing.Replacement: air filter – CITROËN C4 Picasso I (UD_). Professionals recommend:Check out the correct location of the filter element. Do not skew.Take care to only use quality filters.During installation, make sure to prevent dust and dirt from getting into the air filter housing.
