@user_1898690 Sep 29, 2023MemberThe sterio in my 2014 turns off and on randomly and has done since i bouth it 6 months ago. I finally bought a direct secnd hand replacement and have the previous car registration number, chasis number and contacted mercedes who gave the activation code. My local garage said it needs to go to a registered mercedes garage as it needs to be activated but I though as long as you had the sterio code you could put it in yourself. Can someone advise ?
