replacing the injectors PROTON Gen-2 (CM_)

Hi. My car is starting to surge in low gear. (In traffic etc, manual). I’m thinking it’s my injectors, as yes, I’m (don’t cry) 78,500km overdue changing them… so in that light. What else do you think I should change at the same time? coil? leads? o rings? I’ve yet to pull it apart but I’m of the thought that a new part in this system will inevitably cause a failure in a weak area. So, I’m thinking I should cover all my bases and renew the system. But what else should I be looking at?
