Rear hatch strut LAND ROVER Range Rover Velar (L560)

I just replaced the strut on the rear tailgate hatch on my velar. It won’t open and close when I push the button. It just beeps.   I think I need to reset maybe in some way. Any help?

      I think it's better to contact the service for a more accurate diagnosis of the problem.
