Looking to replace many parts for my bus conversion and get some advice on suspension

MERCEDES-BENZ VARIO Bus O 814 (670.373, 670.374)@user_1661774 Jun 10, 2023MemberI have a 1999 Vario O 814 (any idea what the O means?), it’s a stripped back 33 seater bus and I’m converting it to a home. Quite a few parts need replacing and before we decide what to do with the air suspension parts we’d like to know if it’s feasible to swap the system to a spring instead. Anyone know?
