Car starts itself! MERCEDES-BENZ A-Class (W177)

My vehicle is a GLA Sport 2017 Diesal – Auto – 35000 miles.

On 3 occasions the vehicle has started itself ist time everything switched off sitting reading – car started up?

2&3 times – Away from the vehicle, came back to find engine  idling and the lights on – keys nowhere near the vehicle!

Keyless entrance – push button start.

Mercedes claim never heard of this problem ?!

Full Mercedes service history – vehicle under extended warranty as purchased 2 years ago by me.

Any advice very much appreciated- thank you.

      Hello, I think this is some kind of software problem, you need to leave the car for service and let them sort it out, especially since the car is under warranty
