Blank infotainment screen

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
2013 Evoque Premium Lux SD4A
Screen blank whilst driving.
When the engine is not running I pressed the starter button and radio volume button which restores the screen.
As soon as I start the car the screen goes blank.
I have disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and discharged the system.
The screen was restored for a short while before going blank again. All of the gadgets still work e.g. radio, CD, Phone, Satnav but I cannot see anything on the screen.
The car has never had any software updates, would this solve the problem or could it be a failed screen or hard drive?

25.03.24 - @Waysainew Mar 25, 2024MemberMaybe you have enabled this function somewhere in the settings? I would recommend to go to the service and check with the electricians, maybe they can help, I don’t think there can be a problem with the stereo itself.Reply
