4m41-t nx 2013 sg3 injector problems MITSUBISHI Pajero / Shogun IV Van (V80, V90) (11.2006 - ...)

Hopefully someone can help me …..every garage around is super busy atm

My problems

Injectors where sent off to test, 2 came back faulty so they got rebuilt other 2 passed

Had the put back in and then had the 2 new injectors coded with new codes ….

Since then engine light flashes (misfire) leaves no codes but billows out white smoke out exhaust (this is new since injectors rebuilt)

My scan tool shows this when engine is running (dont want to leave it on for long) but 1 and 2 drop and 3 has abit of movement

4…..is missing i dont have that one to select to watch

This is what the injector readout says… (2nd pic) shows only 3 injectors but in long code at bottom does have the 4th injector code ending with 6D

The injector id readout shows this (3rd pic) it shows 4 injectors and codes

So im confused why I cant select no 4 injector to monitor (pic 4) and why isnt it in the save .txt file

Any help to solve the misfire or injector stuck open after they all passed and 2 are rebuilt?

Mechanic cant check till 28th really need my car 😫
