Step 1

Open the hood.

Step 2

Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.

Step 3

Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use 12-point socket No.13.
Step 4

Remove the V-ribbed belt.
Step 5

Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position.

Replacement: serpentine belt – PEUGEOT EXPERT (224). Tip:
Check the condition of the tensioner pulley and idler pulley. Replace them if necessary.
Step 6

Install the V-ribbed belt.

Replacement: serpentine belt – PEUGEOT EXPERT (224). AUTODOC recommends:
Make sure that the V-ribbed belt fits all pulleys snugly.
Step 7

Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use 12-point socket No.13.
Step 8

Place the V-ribbed belt on the tensioner pulley.
Step 9

Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position.

Step 10

Remove the fender protection cover.

Step 11

Close the hood.
