- All the work should be carried out with the ignition switched off.
Replacement: ABS sensor – Mitsubishi L200 KA. Use the following procedure:
- Step 1
Lift the vehicle using a vehicle lift or place it over an inspection pit. - Step 2
Clean the ABS sensor fastener. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 3
Clean the ABS sensor wire fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 4
Unscrew the ABS sensor fastener. Use a 12 mm socket. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 5
Remove the fastening bolt. - Step 6
Remove the ABS sensor. - Step 7
Unscrew the ABS sensor wire fasteners. Use a 12 mm socket. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 8
Remove the fastening bolts. - Step 9
Detach the ABS sensor wire. Use a clip removal tool. - Step 10
Detach the ABS sensor connector. - Step 11
Treat the ABS sensor connector on the vehicle's harness. Use an electronic spray.
