Replacement: pollen filter – Opel Corsa C. Tip from AUTODOC experts:
- Replace the cabin filter at least once every six months, in early spring and autumn seasons.
- Follow the terms, recommendations and requirements of the part operation provided by the manufacturer.
- If the air flow into the cabin has sharply reduced, replace the filter before a scheduled maintenance.
- All work should be done with the engine stopped.
Replacement: pollen filter – Opel Corsa C. Recommended sequence of steps:
- Step 1Open the hood.
- Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.
- Step 3Unscrew the fastener of the wiper cowl grille located on the left side. Use Torx T25.
- Step 4Remove the cowl grille seal.
- Step 5Remove the wiper cowl grille located on the left side.
- Step 6Clean the mounting seat of the cabin filter.
- Step 7Take out the cabin filter bracket.Step 8Remove the filter element from the filter housing.Replacement: pollen filter – Opel Corsa C. Tip from AUTODOC:Do not attempt to clean and reuse the filter - it will affect the quality of air cleaning inside the car.
- Step 9Insert a new filter element into the filter housing. Make sure that the filter edge fits tight to the housing.Replacement: pollen filter – Opel Corsa C. AUTODOC recommends:Check out the correct location of the filter element. Do not skew.Attention! Use quality filters – Opel Corsa C.Follow the air flow direction arrow on the filter.
- Step 10Install the cabin filter bracket.
