Unscrew the engine cover fastener. Use a drive socket #10. - Step 3
Remove the engine cover. - Step 4
Unscrew the fuel filter bracket fixing bolts. Use a drive socket #8. Use a drive socket #10. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 5
Detach the fuel pressure sensor connector. Use a flat screwdriver. - Step 6
Clean the fuel filter. Use all-purpose cleaning spray. - Step 7
Squeeze the clips and detach the fuel supply lines from the fuel filter housing.Replacement: fuel filter – VOLVO S80 II (AS). Tip:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses. - Step 8
Unscrew the fuel filter bracket fixing bolts. Use a drive socket #8. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 9
Remove the fuel filter. - Step 10
Install a new fuel filter. - Step 11
Screw the fixing bolts of the fuel filter bracket. Use a drive socket #8. Use a ratchet wrench.Replacement: fuel filter – VOLVO S80 II (AS).
