Skoda scala rear reflector SKODA Scala Hatchback (02.2019 - ...)

Hi everyone, having trouble with removing the rear reflector that holds the red LED-s for the fog light

Part of the reflector held by clips however the other part held in by a bolt which is unreachable from behind nor the buttom of the car..

Any insights? How is the correct way to remove the whole reflector? Thanks!
