Sat Nav not working

@user_823432 Feb 15, 2022MemberOur C class went in for an air bag recall issue but now the sat nav is not working. it was before it went in. The sat nav shows we are in Germany and will not reboot to factory settings. MB say its nothing that they have done? Any similar experiences or ideas?
