Rough running at 1500rpm

MERCEDES-BENZ S-Class Saloon (W220) S 65 AMG (220.179)@user_356930 Jun 21, 2021MemberHello,I have an S Class 2005 petrol that has a rough running problem at 1500 to 2000 rpm when driving or stood .I have changed the plugs, coils and spark plug leads, also cleaned the maf but have no change in the rough running?If you have any other suggestions i would be very grateful.ThanksRob
