Replacing the Fiat Doblo radiator without removing the torpedo.

The design features of the Fiat Doblo car do not allow replacing the radiator without dismantling part of the cabin, namely the torpedo. But following simple instructions, you can easily reach the node and perform all the necessary manipulations to restore functionality.

Drain the cooling fluid or antifreeze.

Remove the glove compartment by pressing the hooks inside it and pulling towards ourselves and the plate installed behind it.
The plate is attached with self-tapping screws. Having unscrewed them, remove the part through the bottom, bending back the lower section of the torpedo.

At this stage, through the hole, you will see the stove heat exchanger shield. Having unscrewed the fasteners and disconnected the wires (they go from above), we dismantle the ZCh.

Now you need to remove the plug of the upper part of the torpedo, the cabin filter cover.

Then we bend over the steel bracket.

Having done these manipulations, you provide access to the radiator and you can proceed to dismantle it.

Disconnect the flange clamps (it is possible that the remainder of the antifreeze will flow out from there) and carefully move the aluminum pipes.

From the side of the hood, unscrew the 3 nuts holding the rubber cover.

Take the radiator with your hands, and boldly pull it towards you.

After carrying out maintenance work, install and connect in the reverse order, additionally sealing the assembly from the outside with foam rubber.
