Oil change RENAULT 19 II Hatchback (01.1991 - 06.2001)

My wife has a Renault Clio. It does not do much miles. I notice when it gets services the engine oil arrow on the dash remains exactly in the same spot. I so wonder if the oil has beenchanged?

      Check whether you can be present in the repair area during maintenance, in compliance with all safety requirements. If possible, you will be able to see whether the replacement is being carried out or not.
