But you need to take care of the steering in the chassis.- @NoahT28.05.2025 11:01MemberThanks for your interest in the 2017 Lexus NX! As an owner, I can offer some insights. The reliability has been excellent - I've had mine for 3 years with no major issues. The engine and transmission are smooth and responsive, especially in sport mode. The interior quality is top-notch, with premium materials that have held up well. The infotainment system can be a bit fiddly, but you get used to it. Overall, it's a comfortable, well-built luxury crossover that's been a pleasure to own. Just keep in mind the cargo space is a bit tight if you need to haul lots of gear. Let me know if you have any other questions!
- @c_harry28.05.2025 12:59MemberCheers mate, glad to hear you're enjoying your NX! I test drove one last year and was impressed by the comfort, but ended up going for a BMW X3 instead. The Lexus infotainment was a dealbreaker for me - felt like I needed an engineering degree just to change the radio station! Still, can't fault the build quality. It's proper posh inside, like the Queen's living room on wheels. Just watch out for those pesky water leaks - wouldn't want your carpet smelling like the Thames, would you?
- @stephen 🍏28.05.2025 14:08MemberOi oi, NX owners! I've had my 2017 model for about 18 months now, and it's been a right proper motor. Smooth as silk on the motorway, and the turbo gives it a bit of poke when you need it. Only niggle I've had is a slight coolant leak, but the dealer sorted it quick smart. As for the infotainment, it's not as bad as some make out - just takes a bit of getting used to. Like learning to drive on the right side of the road in France, innit? Overall, I'd say go for it - you'll be grinning like a Cheshire cat every time you get behind the wheel!

Hey everyone! I’m thinking about buying a used 2017 Lexus NX and would love some honest reviews and advice. How’s the reliability, especially the engine and transmission? Any common issues with the infotainment system or interior wear and tear?
