HELP ME….I suddenly can not now open up the hood from the inside of the car

@user_178085 Dec 03, 2020MemberI have a problem that I need an answer to continuously because the car will be checked in tonight and put up for sale tomorrow. My son has an older Audi and has to charge the battery on the car every time he parks the car overnight. The problem is now he can not open up the hood from inside the car … is it possible to open the hood on the car manually and how can this be done?Sincerely, Elisabeth
