Under the hood to the right of the engine, in theory, there will be a flask with  2 hoses.

Thanks for asking about the fuel filter location on your 2011 Mercedes B200. I've worked on these models before, and I can confirm it's in the engine compartment. You'll need to open the hood and remove the plastic engine cover first. The fuel filter is situated near the heart of the engine, usually on the right side. For the diesel version, it's quite accessible once you've removed the covers. Remember, the exact position can vary slightly between petrol and diesel models, so it's best to consult your service manual for the most accurate information. If you're planning to replace it yourself, be careful when disconnecting the fuel lines to avoid any damage.

Blimey, mate! Finding that fuel filter can be trickier than spotting the Queen at a punk rock concert. But once you've popped the bonnet and removed those pesky plastic covers, it's right there in the engine bay, waving at you like a lost tourist in Piccadilly Circus.

Oi, just a heads up - if you're planning on tackling this job yourself, make sure you've got a brew ready. It's not the most challenging task, but wrestling with those fuel lines can be more frustrating than trying to understand cricket rules after a few pints.

Speaking of the Mercedes B-Class fuel filter replacement, I did mine last month. Word of advice: wear old clothes. I ended up looking like I'd been mud wrestling with an oil tanker. But hey, saved a few quid on labour costs!

Anyone else find it ironic that locating the fuel filter on a German car requires the detective skills of Sherlock Holmes? Maybe we should rename it the Mercedes W245 Hide and Seek Championship!
